Safety statement / disclosure: Due to the weight of the truck and load, we can not drive over any asphalt driveways or walkways, underground water piping, electric lines, or septic systems. Overhead clearance of power and communication lines will be assessed by the driver at the time of delivery to ensure safe maneuvering. Please ensure there is a safe entrance to the property and access to the desired dumping site so we can deliver your product without risking any damage to your property or our vehicle. The driver has the final discretion to assess the ability to safely deliver the product to the desired location. All reasonable attempts will be made to ensure the satisfaction of the customer. In the event that safe delivery of the product is NOT possible (or reschedulable if due to unsupportive ground) for any reason, a minimum fuel surcharge will be applied and due by the end of the day the delivery was attempted.
