Meet the Owner
Before I ever drove a dump truck, I spent 17 years in the Gulf of Mexico as a fast supply vessel captain, running supplies, equipment, and crews to drilling rigs and production platforms up to 200 miles offshore. That work meant four weeks at a time away from home. It also taught me diesel engine maintenance, crew management, transportation logistics, and a safety culture where cutting corners isn’t an option.
In January 2025 I started Val-haul-la so I could be home with my wife and our three kids, and keep doing the kind of work I’m good at: getting the right load to the right place, on time and safely.
I truly enjoy serving the businesses and families in our area. It puts a smile on my face to drive past houses, job sites, and businesses and know I delivered part of what they were built on. I pay close attention to the details, and I want every customer to be more than satisfied. I want you to be happy with both the material and the service.
